As technology becomes more ingrained within our daily lives the demand for a flawless experience grows exponentially. Lead UX design work for six international markets.
Partner with designers, developers, stakeholders and executives to define product experience and champion the user.

Advise pillar Directors and Chairs on committee structures, recruiting strategies, and effective management of committee members..
Advocate for representation of diverse voices, considering race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability and disability, age, class, and other factors, in all AIGA Seattle events and programs.
Take an active role alongside Chapter President and Executive Committee in the planning of Board meetings, agendas, Board retreats, and social gatherings.
Leads a group of event chair and committee members to execute a diverse range of inspirational, educational, and social events for the student design community.
Contributed to redesign of T-Mobile’s My Account with an emphasis on the billing journey.
Partnered with UX research team to create customer feedback loops to enable continuous delivery of ehancements.
Collaborated with product, marketing and technical teams to create high quality, and viable solutions to customer problems.
Designed responsive digital marketing campaigns for well known brands like Verizon Wireless, Yahoo!, Safeway, and The Make-A-Wish foundation.
Developed email programs, preference centers, landing pages, microsite content, and email style guidelines.
Utilized UX methodologies including, program maps, usability, and wireframes.
Primary contributor in tripling the size of the largest creative account.
Concepted, planned and hosted the November 2014 Seattle IA/UX Meetup. The event featured a presentation on Automotive UX by frog Associate Creative Director Jake Zukowski in front of a sold out crowd at Makerspace.
