The Onboarding series was the first project I worked on for Verizon Wireless, and how we built our reputation for providing high quality solutions. The series consists of ever evolving emails that a customer receives during the first 30 days after they purchase, upgrade or add a new device to their account. By staying focused on the objective of educating the customer about their device and other services like My Verizon we're able to provide the customer with a pleasurable, and most importantly, useful experience.
The B2B CRM team at Verizon Wireless needed a way to educate and empower new business customers. We combined user insight studies with learnings from the consumer onboarding program for Verizon Wireless and developed their existing SMB Onboarding series. The series consists of four emails, sent on a weekly basis, and three custom landing experiences to support the emails.

The Seattle Human Rights Film Festival (SHRFF) celebrates the invaluable contribution filmmakers offer to raising public awareness and understanding of often overlooked human rights issues. Since 1992, SHRFF has brought some of the world's most thought-provoking films to our community, covering critical issues that face us as global citizens. Through scenes of despair, death and destruction, themes of survival, compassion and hope emerge.
A raised fist in the air transends language in communicating the emotions tied to these films. I created this symbol by collaging specific words from international newspaper headlines, and combined it with the tagline, "Struggle. Sacrifice. Triumph."
Oakley was created for world-class athletes, those who see the limits of possibility as just another challenge. Their dedication drives Oakley to look beyond the conventional ideas of industry standards. It's in their DNA to identify problems, create inventions, and wrap those inventions in art. And simply to make things better than anyone thought possible.
